WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE INITIAL FEES?

As a Forte Sub-Franchisee, you will receive the following as part of the cost of the Initial Fees:

1) RIGHTS TO USE THE FORTE BRAND: Rights to use the Forte brand under the guidelines outlined in our UFDD.

2) ACCESS TO OUR PROPRIETARY CRM SYSTEM: Upon closing, you will have access to our proprietary Customer Resource Management (CRM) system called F.O.R.M.S. (Forte Online Resource Management Software).

3) UNMATCHED OPERATIONS TRAINING & GENERAL INDUSTRY TRAINING: 5 days of hands-on Operations Training (3 days upon opening your local offices and 2 additional days after your business has been operating for at least 3 full months. This will allow you to learn the Operations methods and procedures to help retain your customers far longer than industry-averages).

4) CUSTOMER SALES TRAINING: 6 days of hands-on Customer Sales Training (2 days upon opening your local offices and 2 sets of 2 follow-up days once your business has been operating for at least 3 months and 6 months, respectively).

5) UNIT FRANCHISE SALES TRAINING: 2 days of hands-on Franchise Sales Training (1 day upon opening your local offices and 1 follow-up day once your business has been operating for at least 3 months).

6) UFDD PREPARATION INSTRUCTION: You will receive instruction on how to prepare your Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) in conformance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. All UFDD’s must get final approval from FFI beforeyou begin disclosing prospective franchisees.

7) SUB-FRANCHISE START-UP KIT: You will receive a Start-Up Kit that includes the following items:

a) UNIFORMS: 8 custom-sized Forte Embroidered Polo Shirts, 20 Custom-Sized Forte T-Shirts and 20 Forte Aprons.

b) FORTE BRANDED OFFICE SUPPLIES: 20 Forte Pens, 10 Forte Coffee Mugs and 500 Sheets of Forte Letterhead.

c) BUSINESS CARDS: 2,000 business cards for up to 4 initial staff members/owners.

d) CUSTOMER EVALUATION FORMS: 100 starter Customer Evaluation Forms that your unit franchisees will use to get customer feedback and turn in to you as a required measure of quality control.

e) TRAINING MANUALS: As part of the hands-on training, we will provide you and your staff 1 electronic copy of our Administrative/SOP, Franchise Sales, Client Sales andFranchise Training Manuals.

f) SALES BINDERS AND SALES MATERIALS: 100 Sales Binders to use as you give bids to prospective cleaning customers and 25 Sets of high-quality colored Pain Point Inserts to help customize your bids and close more sales.

g) UFDD BINDERS: 100 Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) Binders to use when you provide your UFDD to prospective unit franchisees.h) PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: 2 customized Car Magnets, 1 customized Window Banner, 2 Customized Acrylic Signs and 2 customized Cardboard Stand-Up Banners .

h) PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: 2 customized Car Magnets, 1 customized Window Banner, 2 Customized Acrylic Signs and 2 customized Cardboard Stand-Up Banners.

i) FULLY INTEGRATED WEBSITE ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS.

8) IN HOUSE DESIGN. All you graphic needs are available to you in house through our design team. Need that van wrapped, new graphics specific to your region, anything you can think of our design department can make happen.
