In order to provide you with a snapshot of the initial fees and what is included as a start-up package for you, the Initial Fee for a Forte Commercial Cleaning Master franchise depends upon the population of the county or other agreed-upon, geographically-defined and available area of your choosing.
The Initial Fee is $350 per 10,000 per capita in the available, desired area. For the area you are inquiring about, we have calculated the Initial Fee as follows:

Payment of your Initial Fees can be arranged under the following options:
1) 100% Cash down upon closing
(by so doing, you will receive a 15% discount to your total Initial Fee)
2) 75% Cash down upon closing and FFI would carry the difference over 3 years at 10% interest compounded annually
(by so doing, you will receive a 5% discount on the down payment of your Initial Fee)
3) 50% Cash down upon closing and FFI would carry the difference over 4 years at 10% interest compounded annually
(there will be no discount to your Initial Fee under this option)
