Net margins in the janitorial industry can range from 4-15%, depending how efficiently you run your business. We can't advertise any sort of potential earnings, but we can give a snapshot of our past experience. With both our company-owned Utah and San Diego Regional Master Franchises, we obtained $100,000 per month within the first 3 years of business. With proper sales and operations training provided upon implementation, these are reasonable goals for a new Master Franchise.
